WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All items will be processed and shipped 2-5 days from the receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to COVID-19 packages will arrive between 3-7 days once it is shipped instead of the usual 2-5 days.
All overnight orders placed after 12 pm EST / 3 pm PST will be shipped the next weekday.
· We charge a flat rate of $7.
· Next Day shipping is $25.
International shipping is currently on hold due to COVID-19 until further notice.
Typically, International shipping is $50 with a MINIMUM order of $100.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER IS USED?
We ship all packages via USPS.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
· A tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery.
· You can track your order by visiting usps.com. (Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the USPS website from the time you receive your tracking information from our team.)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
· 3-7 days (due to COVID-19)
· If your order exceeds $100 you will receive complimentary shipping with the use of code/SHIPITTOME

· Unfortunately, you are not able to cancel your order as we do our best to get your package to your doorstep as swiftly as possible.
