We currently do no offer returns.

Exchanges may be done at our discretion.

All items will be processed and shipped 2-5 days from the receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Due to the pandemic packages will arrive between 3-7 days once it is shipped instead of the usual 2-5 days.

All overnight orders placed after 12 pm PST / 3 pm EST will be shipped the next weekday.

We ship all packages via USPS.

We currently do not ship INTERNATIONALLY (sorry for the inconvenience)

· A tracking number is only sent to your email address once we have prepared your package for shipment and delivery.

· You can track your order by visiting usps.com. (Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the USPS website from the time you receive your tracking information from our team.)

· 3-7 days (due to pandemic)

· If your order exceeds $100 you will receive complimentary shipping with the use of code/SHIPITTOME
